Home Innovation president Michael Luzier will help builder and developer Urban NW Homes usher in a new era of green certified home building in the Vancouver, Washington area. This morning event with local officials, builders, and members of the media will celebrate the groundbreaking of Urban NW's first zero-energy home in its soon to be NGBS 4-star green certified Wild Glen development. Troy Johns, owner of Urban NW, will be seeking  Emerald NGBS certification for the ZEH and hopes all homes in the community will ultimately be green certified as well.
