COVID19 Updates: How Urban NW Homes is working to protect our Residents, Customers, and Team Members

How Urban NW Homes is Responding to Coronavirus Concerns

Mar 26 2020

As you are all well aware, the spread of COVID-19 within the United States has resulted in unprecedented disruptions to our daily lives. However, rest assured that for the health, wellness and safety of our team members, residents, families, customers and guests, we are taking the following steps across our company:

Social Distancing: In accordance with Centers for Disease Control guidelines, we have been implementing social distancing practices. This includes teleworking for administrative and sales team members, temporarily closing all model homes and on-site tours, suspending construction operations, and suspending all in-person company meetings.

Continuing Sales Operations:  Luckily, much of new home shopping and planning can be done online. Virtual tours and photos of our floorplans are available on our website, and while our model homes are currently not open for on-site tours, our New Home Sales Consultants would be happy to set up a video appointment for consultations and can still facilitate many transactions and lot holds remotely.

‍Ceasing Current Home Building and Field Operations: As a result of Governor Inslee's recent clarification deeming home building as a non-essential service, any new or in-progress builds, as well as home visits and repairs (unless deemed and emergency) for current homeowners, will be on hold until April 8th, 2020 until notified furtherFor those customers currently in the home building process, your Client Relationship Manager will continue to provide consistent communication. Urban NW Homes is committed to building your home and keeping you updated on the status of operations.

Staying Informed: We are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation and keeping our team, residents, and customers up to date as information is provided to us. We will continue to keep this page updated as things change as well.
