Phase 2 Updates in Clark County

Nov 18 2020

While Clark County remains in Phase 2 of the Safe Start Reopening Plan, on Nov. 15th Governor Inslee announced new state-wide restrictions to be set in place until December 14th.  None of these restrictions have currently affected the construction industry, however, with offices now closed to the public, we are no longer able to offer in-person model home visits or open houses during this time.

Under currently active Phase 2 Guidelines for construction, we will continue with the following:

All Home Builds and Field Operations: Phase 2 authorizes builders to resume construction on all jobs, whether they are current projects or new starts, provided all workers adhere to work-site COVID-19 specific safety practices and develop a comprehensive COVID-19 exposure control, mitigation, and recovery plan. Every one of our home sites are up to date with required safety plans and practices strictly enforced. Home visits and repairs for current homeowners will be put on hold, unless it's an emergency.

Virtual Model Home Tours: On-demand video tours of our model home and virtual consultations are available seven days a week by appointment.

Social Distancing:  While many of our employees are currently working from home, if in-office work is required our employees will continue to maintain a 6ft distance between other co-workers and masks will be worn. Employees are also screened for symptoms daily. Any team member that is feeling ill or has been in close contact with a confirmed, positive case must go home.

Staying Informed: We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and keeping our team, residents, and customers up to date as information is provided to us. We will continue to keep this page updated as things change. For additional information and resources, go here.
